Step 01
The key to a High Performance wall assembly is an AIR TIGHT assembly!
We can Air Seal the "envelope" by installing an advanced Weather Barrier on the exterior walls and install liquid flashing systems that are providing a water tight and air tight windows and doors install.
Step 02
If we make the home AIR TIGHT we need to VENTILATE IT! We need fresh air from the outside because we are continuous breathers! Also, the house needs "AIR CHANGE" every three and a half hours. We believe in BALANCED ventilation.
Fresh filtered air from the outside to each room of the home!
Step 03
Super Insulate the exterior walls of the home and meet the T24 Mandatory measure QII Quality Installation of Insulation. We do it using chemical free fiberglass insulation. We install the Blown in Blanket System for QII Grade one install!
And, we believe in an UNVENTED ATTIC assembly and can meet code with our insulation systems.
